In this episode, we recap our experience at the CrossFit Billings Summer Crush and discuss what to do following the competition, as well as how you might approach the next one. We also give a shout out to CFMC members, John Aye, for crushing it in his first couple weeks back at the gym, and Echo Gaskill for getting a bar muscle up with a blue band and for her consistency in the gym.
