In this episode, we are bringing you a Twinning Show with just the two of us!

Our conversation revolves around the 10 Principles of Thinking as presented by Ben Bergeron and Project Elevation.  The 10 Principles are:

  1. Prioritize first things to be first
  2. Develop a Growth Mindset
  3. Focus only on what you can control
  4. Grind through obstacles
  5. Own your attention
  6. Question your self-limiting beliefs
  7. Never whine, complain, or make excuses
  8. Practice open-mindedness and positivity
  9. Transform every “have to” into a “get to”
  10. Chase excellence

We did a deep dive on each principle and gave our thoughts on them.  We also discussed the benefits of segregating your training in regards to “strength only” and “conditioning only” sessions.

We were also fresh off of just watching Avengers Infinity War and gave our review of the movie, but don’t worry, we didn’t spoil anything!  And, we wrapped up the episode with our “Dialing it in” segment.
